When you see the whole hospital building displayed as LOD or fall out of the map after entering the building, please check whether your game version is the latest?
The game version is not up to date. The solution is as follows:,
Follow this path: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\phmc\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\downtown_01\dt1_06.rpf\Finding and deleting all file modules with the suffix. ymap will run, but there will still be some small bugs.
If the above methods fail to solve your problem, please leave a message in the comment area and I will try my best to help you solve it. It's not easy to create. Don't give bad comments

Surprise! This is not the last demo version. The demo version will continue to be updated until version 2.0.
The updated contents are as follows
1. The new main staircase is on the fourth floor of the first floor of the internal connection. (have little bug, i will fixed it later)
2. New radiology department (not open in this demo version)
3. new outpatient department On the first floor. (including the Department of Psychiatry and Physical Therapy of the Department of Urology but not open in the demo version) and the new exit are on the side of the hospital
4. New garage (not open in demo version)
5. The model of the second floor is added (but it cannot be accessed, and will be updated and opened later), and there is no longer a blue sky on the ceiling of the first floor.
6. Newly added hospital calling machine (with animation)
7. Repair the opaque bug of the white wooden door monitoring window of the hospital, and reorganize the collision and repair the threading
8. Add glass breaking effect. Glass of outpatient department on the first floor and consulting room of thoracic surgery on the fourth floor. Can be broken.

Installation
1 Put the phmc file into Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2 Open openiv into edit mode, open the path Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Find the dlclist .xml file and add the code dlcpacks:/phmc/
Known bugs
1The newly added rooms are unfraved and the doors are locked
2Some of the tracts have a slight tremor
3npc could not find the correct exit
4There was a problem with the side door of the hospital
5Stretcher car through the mold
This is my frist work so it will be have many insufficient

If you're having trouble loading this mod IN SP mode and having texture issues / falling out of the map it's might be because you also have enable all interiors (or a mod similar) . If that's the case go into your
EnableAllInteriors.ini
And change
HOSPITALDESTROYED = True
Hopefully this helps :)
