@S3idOtaku I believe a weather.xml was used to fix that. Someone complained of those issues and I fixed them because the bump map size was too big.

@Tronickal Yes. It uses modified .rpfs. It will ban you like every other mod on here would.

@Soq @alekvaf It would be a honor for you to do it. Just link me it when it is done. To answer the other question It works universally so yes it will work on your version or it should at least.

@SandyKnight You mess with the watertune.xml in the following path:
/common.rpf/data or watertune.xml

Messing with the time of day settings also nets you results for color variation. I forgot completely where I knew where it was to edit it but those should help you.

@lunarmoon26 Yes that is correct. New openiv/gta thing let it so you can just put it in x64-textures and such. I do prefer the old school way though.
