Is this possible to use online without any gamebreaking stuff?

It detects my face and camera but in game it doesn't work, what am i doing wrong exactly? the ini and asi are also inside gta v folder.

Looks really bad with the snow mod on, foliage just looks strange, is there a way to disable AO on foliage or lower it?
