Hello, this is the East Los Santos Police Department pack made by yours truly, NotKornel.
This pack includes the East Los Santos Police Department (ELSPD for short) Liveries as well as an ELSPD EUP Class C/Class B Shirt.
This pack is kind of based on Lower Merion, PA but with my own twist
Installation:
Install the packs listed below.
Find the ytd file and open it using edit mode in OpenIV
Then, replace/override the livery or add it on if you want
Boom, you are done!
These liveries were designed for the following vehicle packs :
