Franklin has had a new extension to his house built and it has added some very sought after features...
Subtle entrance from the street that wraps around the existing structure of the building and is designed to incorporate an ancient tree that Franklin didn't want to cut down. Ramps with slight inclines that won't damage your expensive cars. A showroom style garage, complete with electric gate, with room for 12 cars inside and over 20+ cars outside! (Using Vehicle Persistence Mod) Secluded garden balcony with amazing city views and barbecue. Grassy viewing deck for parties or the occasional poker night. Walkway that cuts through the existing pool to make a new child friendly pool or relaxation area for adults. Pillars that tastefully support the whole structure but do not intrude on the existing dynamic of the building. The building is complete with a heli pad that is tastefully lit up at night.
To use this mod you will need to install these individual mods first:

Map Builder Community https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
Object Spawn Unlocker https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/object-spawn-unlocker ONLY USE VERSION 1.0 DO NOT USE 1.1 - 1.0 is included in the file along with version 1.1 - Install that instead of 1.1
This is optional if you want to save your vehicles...
Vehicle Persistence Mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/i-m-not-mental-s-persistance-mod
I have not dabbled with making this garage part of the Single Player Garage mod experience so if anybody would like to do that, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to upload the new file and give credit.
- INSTALLATION
To use this mod you will need to install these individual mods first:

- Once all of those mods are installed and fully functional (VERY IMPORTANT) then add my file into your 'AutoloadMaps' folder in the 'Scripts' folder or just load it via the Map Editor Mod menu.
- NOTES
I have not dabbled with making this garage part of the Single Player Garage mod experience so if anybody would like to do that, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to upload the new file and give credit.

it doesnt let me spawn modded cars
I'll work on a YMAP version for sure when I get time, and I don't know why it doesn't let you spawn modded cars as I can save them. Maybe a mod conflict?
Everytime I try and use it, The ground of any part of it wont load. I really like the design but cant use it
This Mod is awsome !!!! But I have a little problem.. I'm trying to get Frank's bagger out of the way to the garage.. has someone an idea where i can change the bagger's location or even delete it ? Thanks for this great mod. @blackwiddow20
Floor doesnt spawn when the load is completed. Have you any thoughts on this? @blackwiddow20
Installed and everything was fine the first few times, then once I started placing a few add on cars and saved them the floor of the entire car platform started to disappear and my cars were spawning beneath the house. Any suggestions on how to fix?
The only issue i have with this is the one single plant blocking the ramp. How do i delete this? i have tried in map editor, but it just loads again. I have no idea what to do.

@blackwiddow20 Hello, i have problem with the physix of the garage pavement, i can't drive on with a vehicle it follow down through the pavement.

This is the best garage mod for Franklin bruh! I really like the design, although it could be bigger but it's very good!
