A month in development trying to get it to work with GTA V's Siren System then transitioned EVL and finally finished. These 2 CVPI's are based on the LAPD & LASD but presented as LSPD & LSSD Fleet Vic's. Features a reworked Arjent made to work with EVL, accurate interior's to my knowledge and what I saw from pictures, & etc. Enjoy.
Bugs (1):
- Gauge's are inaccurately calibrated, I expect you could rely on the good ole SNT Speedometer in the upper right like in IV
Notes (1):
- Recommended using fellow ljcrary's Crown Victoria Sound Mod http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8689-crown-victoria-sound-mod-v2/ & a visual mod of self choice
- Updates might come in the near future. This mod will be updated to support ELS when released.

@tman197 Thank you and as for EVL, it has been hidden temporally by the author until a Guide is finished for the mod due the amount of support requests he receives is too much which means please hold all contact requests off the author of EVL until the update/guide is released for EVL.

Do you have a download link for EVL?
EVL mod project shutdown as far as I know, so thats why no-one can access their page.
These mods are useless without the lighting mod which isn't available. The cars look good that's for sure, but without working lights, they're pretty much useless. These should be taken down until the lighting mod comes back.
how do you get els
Guys EVL has just been reopened, go to LSPDFR.com to download it from the scripts and plugins section.
The LSPD and LSSD cars have white sirens, idk why.

Im trying to use it but it wont let me. Im new trying to do this kind of stuff and learning slowly but I have everything that I know I need but it wont load on to my xbox 360

@joeyogc @MephistoPheles well I have to admit I do have EVL 0.2 source code from where I worked with xplicit92 on evl long time ago but as probably what would happen if I even bothered to release EVL anywhere everyone would go crazy saying you copied someone,etc and it just isn't worth the trouble is why I have never re-released EVL myself even though I have evl 0.2 source code because of that(and to be honest EVL itself anyway is highly irrelevant anyway now with ELS V released anyway.)
