Makes character cars more fun to drive.
Changes made to the Bodhi (Trevor's Truck), Tailgator (Michael's Primary vehicle), Buffalo (Franklins muscle car), and Premier (Michael's temporary vehicle).
Made vehicles faster, tougher, heavier, and generally better.
Also made the Premier AWD.
Installation: use OpenIV, copy to mods/update/update/common/data
