hevo folder goes in. mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
add line to dlclist.
<item>dlcpacks:/hevo/</item>
if its not that one try
<item>dlcpacks:\hevo\</item>

what you put in dlclist is a variation of <item>dlcpacks:\___\</item> . for some addons the \___\ would be /___/ which is why i gave both above, so if one dosent work try the other :)

with what goes in the ___ is the name of the folder containg the dlc.rpf if that makes sense
