Ok no problem i just tried to find a script that would make the pool swimable and this is the only one that works so i thought i would share since i have been able to swim in this pool since the map was first made and i saw people was having a issue with that so its no problem to share what i know.

@missysnowie Put this in and you will be able to swim in the pool and get in and out like any other pool and you get stuck in there like mario this works on this house and some other houses that have pools but you can not swim in them this fixes this issue but not all pools work but for this house it works : Swimmable water, everywhere! 1.0

ok thanks just installed the oiv file and it works perfect keep up the good work.

no i just put the mlo in open iv and just removed the two bh1 strm files and everything works fine when you fall through the map the strm files are the files causing it because those files are meant for fivem not single player so they have to be removed or you will fall through the map.

works good keep up the good work. For this to work in sp remove both strm files from the MLO, The reason you cant drive on the property or are falling through the map.
