Player have delete when model change in GTA5.
Don't change model in playing.

I'm not sure but edited code to use native "DISABLE_PED_PAIN_AUDIO" just in case.

That issue already reduced in last update.
To fix issue will must be restrict zombies spawn coordinate.
And unable complete fix then that do.

This script doesn't run in game loading.
May be cause other anything.
