DISABLING health regeneration doesn't last. maybe works for a few deaths but then it resets to default regenerating

are there any mods that disable crash damage to player health?

is this better than RAGEuphoria?

it only gave michael longer hair and stubble but hasn't grown anything else after weeks in game time.
needs to be updated to current gta5 version

bugged mod. messes up my weapons and ammo counts. deletes wrong guns.
