i think i got scammed by the dealer :' ) , bought a Dubsta for 90k$ then i leaving it on the street for a while and it disappear, nowhere to be found nor any garage

So i install and manage to get the phone contact but nothing appear when i walk near a ped, did i have to enable something for this to work?
