• Set spawn point (character switch point) at your safehouse for each character.
• Live in North Yankton.
• 3 different penthouse interiors.
• Sleep in bed to skip time, or watch your character simply lay down.

• Drink whiskey.
• Entering / Exiting from backyard.

For those asking for garages, I recommend using the mod Persistence II.
Also please don't mind the long time it takes to load into the apartments, its a one time only thing, after loading in it should be very quick to enter next time.
INSTALLATION:
Drag and drop Home_Ownership_V.dll and Home_Ownership_V.ini folder, into your scripts folder.

• Adding more unique homes.
• Adding usable computer with animations at each home.

Nice, I can finally live in Chamberlain. My only nitpick would be that I think that particular apartment should be the low-end interior instead of medium. Anyway, awesome work, thanks!

Just tested the script on the newest version of legacy, with newest versions ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet. The mod works fine, it just seems like people have some conflicting mods I suppose.

The only house mod I use! Nice work on this, do you plan on updating it for the upcoming mansion DLC? would love to have them implemented into this.

Imagine that we could rent the houses available in this mode (rent to someone else) and earn income, or after purchasing them, make some modifications and then sell them over that would be awesome

not working with newest update can't see nothing on map before when I played it everything was working fine

@GhostWolflow Just tested it on the newest version and it still works perfectly. Something must've broke your mods.

When I press E to purchase, it does nothing. Granted I am on a non-story ped but idk if that matters
