@Zackmadiak That usually has to do with the brightness levels in game, and the way the game controls light and reflections, but I'll look at it.

@Dens18 Don't know which version you may have but the newest is probably required. Download gameconfig from here which is f7yo's mod. https://tinyurl.com/mv44x2xn Select the MORE Mods folder and use that one. Typically, either 0,1x traffic 0,1x peds or 0,5x traffic 0,5x peds. I would delete the scripthookvdotnet files should be TEN files, then re install the original scripthookvdotnet files, then re install scripthookvdotnet nightly. Making sure you overwrite the files when prompted with the nightly one. It's a known problem. Updates being worked on, when don't know.
