Hello, I downloaded every Vannilaworks mods (VWE, VELP, DW) in which order should I install these mods?

Oh, I am also have NVE, WoV, IVPack vehicles.

I use this mod with NVE installed but there is a bug, peds are using umbrella even the weather is not raining -- how can I fix this?

I have tried to install WoV first then NVE and vice versa but still buggy.

Simple mod yet very useful!
