@AGLGTA5M1 @Rabi Neupane Thanks for reporting. The radio downstairs in Franklin's Vinewood house is of another radio-emitter type and that's why it's not working. I wasn't aware of the radio downstairs when making the mod. A lot of time went into research and at the time a lot was unknown about how related native functions work and how to change different radio emitters. Maybe I will get time someday to improve the mod.
@jbdx94 Strange. Could be a coincidence. Or a call to underlying layers of code made your setup crash because of some sort of conflict. Still won't work after reboot, just a black screen?
@mac_millan649 Thanks! In your configuration file, lock and unlock both got 2 settings each. The 2th setting is used to set the 2th key. It's inactivated by default (set to -1).
The above is true for both keyboard and controller in the config file.
Example, with keyboard keys:
;Default: "U" (0x55)
;Used for requiring two keys pressed at once to unlock. -1 means not in use.
@bendover You can choose to only remove nudity and swearing by making changes in the configuration file. However mods only work in single player mode. Online modding is not allowed.

Maybe. I don't know which natives that are used but maybe one way of doing it is to suppress the event (lowering the music volume) by "spamming" something, a native, that plays the music normally, as frequently as required.
If the game can find out when dialogue is played, there's probably a native for it like IS_DIALOGUE_PLAYING.
I've used this method in my FFFR mod.
Another way is to find out which native script that's doing it and terminate it. I think you can continuously check if a script is running. But scripts often do more than one thing and then this might not work. I have used this method too.

Tested the mod now with the latest game version and it works fine. Remember: illegal/cracked versions of the game are not supported.
@coolspot Tested with disable_all_firing_and_melee and remove_all_player_weapons set to 0 now. Tested a few vehicles with weapons and they work fine except as you say the nagasaki buzzard (attack chopper version). Something more is required here. Another change of a setting maybe. I haven't got time to look into this further right now. Thanks for reporting though.

I can test the mod when I get time and see if the newest game update has created problems.
Even if other mods work with cracked game versions that doesn't mean that this will. Different natives are used and different dependencies aka you need a fairly updated game version for example. You are not the first one to say this and this mod is well known for not working with illegal copies of the game. It's unfair to rate low if the reason is a cracked game. But I will check it on my legal and updated version and get back to you.
@coolspot So you want the player to be able to shoot right? There's a separate setting for vehicle weapons (player section probably) if I recall correctly. I can check tomorrow when I get home.
I think there are two versions of the buzzard. One with and one without weapons. I don't know about MH-60L Black Hawk since it's a mod.
Try setting disable_all_firing_and_melee to 0 if you haven't already.
