@Roma_Moder And I've had a Laptop that I mod on with GTA 5 that has an A4 APU, 4GB RAM, AMD Radeon Graphics at 512 MB of vram… I was able to play at higher settings if I wanted to take pictures.. You could easily turn up your settings for a split second to take pictures. And that GPU has a fan on it, or it should have a fan on it so overheating shouldn't be an issue.
And the mod doesn't seem to work at all. I put the RCA folder in the exact spot you said to put it. I edited and added the line in dlclist and put that line in, and nothing works. Game doesn't even crash either... This is why I like OIV mods. Can you give me the old OIV please...?
@_Vlad_ What happened to the OIV? I remember being able to install this with an OIV a few months ago. Why is it not there?
Your GPU is not going to blow up from high temps.... Most GPUs have a fan on it or a heatsink to keep it cool. If for some reason you bought a GPU without a heatsink or a fan that isn't a good idea. I bought an AMD R5 230 a couple years ago. It was a horrible GPU, had no fan or heatsink. I made mods with it and maxed the settings for screenshots. Did it blow up? Nope.. Did it overheat? Not really... I mean at least just have the resolution at 1080p so we can see in quality and put on very high textures and anti aliasing on 16 so we can actually see the quality of the vehicle. I'm not asking for you to 100 percent max out the game. Just use the settings that make the picture more clear. So you are just giving us excuses and you clearly just too lazy to go back in game and go in 1080p and re take those pictures.
@xstevenburnsx2014 Did you backup the original file? If so make sure you replace the modded file with the original. If you didn't backup your file delete your mod folder. If for some reason you didn't use a mod folder and install it right into the game, which is something you should NEVER do... Then you have 2 options.
If you're in Steam, you can verify the games files to have the files reinstalled. If you are in retail then you have to reinstall the game.
@GERgta lol you replied literally 1 year late. That was when I had a mid end PC. But now I built myself a high end PC and I never have mod crashes. lol
@Roma_Moder It's not that I have a bad eye, I can see it just fine. It's just it looks poor in the game. And that doesn't make me want to download it. Now what you are doing is a thing I like to call laziness. When I had a poor computer I changed my graphic quality settings to the max, sure I was getting like 10-15 FPS, but since I want people to see the car or mod in fullest of quality I did that. Sure it took time. But that shows I tried.. You not so much... You're just lazy.
@Starcasm12 Well of course it gives you an FPS boost, it's playing at reduced settings/textures. Then yeah, you should get more FPS. But I recommend getting a graphic downgrader instead because there is no guarantee that you'll get a huge amount more of FPS.
@Starcasm12 You can't install mods on Xbox 360 or playstation… well I mean you can but not PC mods. And modding on Xbox 360 or PS3 takes a lot of skill. And it's not easy either. And the FPS on the console is locked at 30 FPS. You can't go any higher then that. :|
@AfiqSana16 I personally haven't used that other mod by razed, but it should still work.
