The gameconfig.xml from your link (https://gta5-mods.com/misc/gameconfig-for-patch-1-0-757-2-update-at-each-r-update) didn't solve my problem actually, but it inspired me to find out that the game has a limit of extra vehicles. I checked the default gameconfig.xml and found the maximum extra limit is 290, which is same with the file from the link.
Then I tried changing the number from 290 to 300, and no crashing any more!
@ikt The version 4.6 alpha works! Sequential works well; I tested on automatic gear box, and it didn't gear up but I use sequential, so it's fine. Thanks for the work!

Game crashes. Any ideas?
It didn't work properly at the beginning. I thought it might be mod conflict.
So I deleted all other script mods except this one, and it worked.
Then I put those deleted script mods back and tried, it still worked. I don't know why, but I'm glad that all mods are working now.

Tuning wheel seems to be replacing, can you make it standalone?
