WHY no cops when we in 5 stars ??

Can someone tell me how to delete the spawning hotkeys ? When i press left alt (to change of character) and Z (AZERTY keyboard), there's always a turismo that is spawning and it's very annoying. I tried to change the keybindings of spawning vehicle but it doesnt help.

Am i the only one who gets an error when i install MpApartment ?

@Die4noe just found the problem, dont instal the gameconfig who's in the mod files, instal everything but this

mod isnt working for now, makes me crash instantly
