I've beeen looking for this for a long while! any chance we can get the casino peds spawn at the entrance and the rooftop? and the same with for the peds at the car meet from the tuners dlc.
Did you spawn those peds at the casino rooftop or is there a way to make them spawn in singleplayer like they do in online?

@Michael21107 but peds are supposed to spawn in the new areas of the station right?
@Michael21107 like they spawn in the lobby as they always do, but no cops spawn anywhere else like the offices and other areas, they're just empty
