asi file that puts you directly into the loading screen of the game. no intro, no ads, no legal warnings etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
this asi script was made by grasmanek94. also one line was changed by tgetetetevzx. so all credits go to them! original thread:

since i got a lot of mails asking for the reworked asi already including the changed line i decided to upload this file now. so all you have to do is put it in your main gta5 directory and thats it. in case it doens't work i can't help. but there should be no reason for that.

How do you install it? Can’t do it with OpenIV, apparently.
Just drop the .asi into GTAV directory. Working for me.
Do anybody have the issue that with this, if you have the landing page disabled, you skip the time used for the legal messages, but you actually GET THE LEGAL MESSAGES INSTEAD OF THE LOADING SCREENS? Lol.
Thank you. This version actually works, the other versions only skipped the intro and not the legal messages. I'm using b3095 on Epic Games, the landing page is disabled with starting directly in story mode.

@CJislit this happens because the game recognizes it is modded since it has been started with an asi loader. so you are excluded from playing online and you will not see the usual loading screen. this is nothing what this mod does but the game itself by detecting an asi loader which is need to run my asi plugin. it depends on the loader not on the plugin.

@Gelse But It only happens when I have your plugin. Also, if I enable the landing page, the game loads normally and when I select story mode, it does what it should: I get the normal loading screens with no legal messages.
@CJislit ok. i guess we have always to look at some sort of loading screen. at least you got rid of the intro.
@Gelse Yes, but the legal messages are the worse thing to look at. Could it be possible to find a way to "fix" the issue when you have the landing page turned off, or de we have to live with it?
