makes car engine run after you leave the vehicle.makes chases from police more effective so you can leave faster and when you are in car again you could drive without opening and run the engine again.

@acey322 yup when you leave the car,the engine keep running,if you sit again in the car you can drive again.works to every car.
@zyankenta no i made it easier:the engine keep running if you leave the car.when you drive again you shouldnt turn the engine again to drive.but hey..about Holding f..good idea i should try that in the next version!
