A.K.A Improved Combined Tactical Vest (ICTV) this is Chains' signature armor, and now for Franklin. Because he's also black.
Finished this a while ago, just had time to upload so enjoy!
Fully rigged and replaces 2 clothes, upper and lower
Selection guide (only works for simple trainer)
upper - 17
lower - 5
shoes - 6
select those clothing numbers in the model>clothes menu.
Update 2.0
As a tradition of metroidguy's stupidity he forgets the texture files for his mods and has to update it. (Added missing texture files)
Assets: R* and Overkill software
