As requested: These are a couple of RHPD traffic control unit liveries based on their real life BHPD counterparts. I'm planning to add more liveries for older cars soon.
-Changelog:
1.0: pinnacle, sandking, bison
2.0: a minor fix in sandking livery, 93 stanier added
3.0: brigham added
-Intallation:
Using Open IV (make sure Edit Mode is on) open the ytd file of a certain car. Select the livery you want to replace and click on it and select replace then find the liveries you downloaded and select the proper one. If you don't want to replace any of them, then change the digit in the name of the file so that it is "the digit of the last livery in the ytd file + 1" (so if it's 8 then yours should be 9)

If you downloaded the pack and the 93' stanier livery was missing, you downloaded the older version. Make sure to download 2.0
you should do a Traffic Control Livery for all the places like los santos blaine county ls county ect!
