Installation guide:
OpenIV
Gta5 directory/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/svt00/dlcrpf/x64/vehicles.rpf/svt00.ytd
now click on the ytd file! - Texture editor will open, click import choose the file replace with the existing one!
