1) Download and run OpenIV
2) Open archive x64e.rpf \ levels \ gta 5 \ vehicles.rpf
3) Go to Edit mode
4) Drag the downloaded file into the vehicles.rpf window, replacing the originals files.

is this a model or a texture? as in is it a real life model
@zzcool It is the texture, it was the best they could, with strips is odd.
@tmvbr I did this first time a saw this bus, but I later returned to default white. It is annoying a little when the game spawn more of them at one place.
