SPREAD DEMOCRACY
INSTALATION
in order to install you need:
Open IV
and
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/f-15e-strike-eagle-add-on-tuning
Next you need to open the file in OpenIV.
in order to do that u drag the f15e folder into OpenIV and go this path -
f15e >dlc.rpf >x64 >levels >gta5 >vehicles.rpf
inside the vehicle.rpf folder you will find YTD files which you delete and move the new YTD files you downloaded.
After that u can check if livery was applied by opening f15e.yft
