A little history of these aircraft.
PP-VMT: It was the first operator of this aircraft, arriving in 1980 and in 1986 it was converted to a freighter, operating until the company's bankruptcy, then sent to pegasus aviation and dismantled in 2017.
PP-VMD: delivered new to varig, being delivered in 1975, being painted in the official brazil colors in 1994, responsible for taking football players to the world cup, and in 1998 it was sold to canadian airlines as C-GBQQ and dismantled at pinal air park between 2004 and 2005.
PP-VMA: in 1974 two of the first varig dc-10s were delivered, where they were the pp-vma and pp-vmb, where it operated until 1999, being sold to avensa in venezuela, and currently it has been stationary in venezuela since 2005.
PP-SOM: the first two were PP-SOM and PP-SON, coming together in 1991, first operating in los angeles and san francisco, buenos aires and aruba, but due to difficulties in paying their lease, it returned in 1994, in 1997 vaspex operated for a short time but later returned in 1998.
