This is livery not a model/vehicle.
The painting is being used by cargounit.
INSTALATION
FiveM:
drag and drop cargounit into your server resource then start it in server.cfg
(if you have folder like [vehicles] etc and you already started it in server.cfg you dont need to do start the mod separately).
SP:
Copy all files from downloaded mod and copy to GTAV > x64e.rpf > levels >gta5 >vehicles.rpf > using OpenIV
make sure to Copy to "mods" folder.
NOTE: The livery is bugged in some places.
