Hard to take screens of motion blur off. Pictures wont help much.
Removes the motion blur of just the first person view.
If you don't want to replace any files,
instructions inside to manually remove blur.
This does not change any other setting besides fp_blur.

How do I do the opposite - enable it ? I have a nice motion blur mod, but it doesn't work in first person :c
