Detailed: Between 430-450 props.
Hello everyone! Finished up on my next project. Mechanic shop heaven in Sandy shores. Big enough for that dumper! Enjoy a top office and a break room at the bottom, even the customers can feel at home there.
Location: > x 2082 3381 48
Bugs:None that I know of.
Installation: Put XML file in your Meyoo Spooner folder. GTAV > menyooStuff> Spooner
Also, I included a YMAP version. (stairs are weird for some reason on this)
Please read the ReadMe file for the YMAP to be sure nothing conflicts!
