Make Sure You Drop The xml file in Gta5>>>menyoostuff>>>Spooner and then join back in game and load the placements by going to "object spooner" and select "manage saved file" and you should be seeing something called shadow base.xml or something similar in that go inside and select load placments so that blacksite loads.
@Echo29 do u have menyoo working?
If yes you should go to "object spooner" and select "manage saved file" and you should see shadow base.xml or similar like that which is named as shadow base, then select load placements.
this should fix if your menyoo is working.
If the game is crashing make sure you have "heap adjuster" and "packfile limit adjuster" in your script folder
