About the rooms its not possible i am almost at the prop limit if i wanted to add the rooms i need to rebuild the entire house delete the cinema gym and meeting room

@guido12 haha thanks..there is one house here https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/devin-weston-s-downtown-penthouse with 6 bedrooms and has pretty much everything and no drop in fps when i load it,maybe resize the mansion then add 1-2 more bedrooms?

@guido12 could you make the garage have more "garage repair" type aspect items? you could also set this as two maps, load the house and then all the other stuff to reduce prop usage..maybe, just suggesting

@guido12, there is a problem with incompability with szabo persistance mod. They load first after this the map started to build, so the cars doesn't spawn on the right place.

Hey man first i really enjoy the mansion bro! you can see the hard work you have put into this. but is it like normal that other peds dont take one single step on the ground of this mod? police wont follow me there, neither my bodyguards lol.

why does the water not load in and i cant swim

After installing, all doors, gates, etc. are gone.
