Hey! This is my first mod that I'm sharing. Make sure to follow all requirement and installation exactly!
VERSION 3.0 - Added more details and updated some textures.
REQUIREMENTS FOR STORY MODE/ SP VERSION:
1. Map Editor : https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
2.) Map Builder 2.2.3 ( If you have a different Map Builder installed you could have issues, so I suggest you remove any other "mb_addons" from your dlc folder and then install this one. )
- This one is an OIV so just drag and drop in OpenIV then install.

FYI: If you get game crashes make sure you have updated Gameconfig and PackfileLimitAdjuster.
INSTALLATION:
1. Extract all files & folders from 21MODERNMANSION.zip
2. Place " 21modernmansion " folder in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- Add this line to your dlclist.xml :
dlcpacks:\21modernmansion\
- dlclist.xml location: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
3. Place all files from 'VG PROPS' folder here = Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64c.rpf\levels\gta5\props\lev_des\v_minigame.rpf\
( If you don't have a "x64c.rpf" file in your mods folder yet, copy one.)
4. Place " 21MODERNMANSIONX.xml " file in your "Autoloadmaps" folder in scripts folder.
FIVEM/ RP VERSION INSTALLATION:
1.) Extract the "21MODERNMANSION_5M" folder.
2.) Drag and drop "21MODERNMANSION_5M" folder to your resources folder.
3.) Make sure you have a newer game build in your server by adding this line to your server.cfg file.
sv_enforceGameBuild 2699 (or newer 2802 also works)
4.) Then simply add these lines to your server.cfg file
ensure 21MODERNMANSION_5M
sv_enforceGameBuild 2699
Features of this Mansion:
Garage for 6+ cars and front parking, Great room with bar, Living room, Huge kitchen,
Formal dining area, Entertainment floor with movie theater, bar, pool table, single lane bowling alley. Gym.
Office, 3 bedrooms including 1 Master suite, Total of 7 toilet rooms, Laundry room, Helipad, Indoor Basketball court, Private club with Recording studio,
Several outside seating areas with fire pits, Outdoor living room,
Outdoor BBQ kitchen and dining area, huge pool & jacuzzi, Amazing views. Enjoy!
P.S. - Some of the sitting areas randomly spawns peds. Also you can park cars in front area outside of garages. And you can park a helicopter on the helipad. (Only for SP version)

@FearlessFizzy All I know is the less mods, maps, "real vehicles"..ect, in your server the better. Most of my maps use a lot of memory because I use a lot of props.
@NashvilleDesignz For SP version they shouldn't fall through if you have the Autoload maps file, but for FiveM they'll fall.
@Kmav17 I really like the design from this house, but when i put it in my server the fps loss is insane.
i am using good system and it drops below 30 fps, i am worried what will happen with ppl who have even a less good system :P
my question is, can i do something to increase the fps a bit? because i love this house and want to make it a community house for the server.
Just got this added to a server I'm in and the water doesn't work. How do we fix that?
@kmav17 I added this to a rp server im in and it was uploaded correct. I was trying to swim in the pool and it didn't work. Is there anyway of fixing that?
@RealTMbatman No, the pools don't work, but I have another version of this on my Patreon named "Grapeseed Mansion" that's attached to the Alamo Sea and that pool works - :-)

i like this house very mutch but sometimes things of the building just disepare and you have go go alittle away from where the house is and back to get it work again. something i can do to fix that?

The stuffs inside the room are “flashing” when I move，doyou know why this happend？

This version of mapbuilder might cause the game crash, can I switch to the new version?
@Daraxai No because mapbuilder changed some of their objects. After you install mapbuilder you need to reinstall your gameconfig file to prevent crashing because it changes it during install.

What’s good KMav love this crib and I went to subscribe to the Patreon.
I am currently trying to use this build for a public server I play in. But like others we’re experiencing difficulties. The gate, fountain, and all props inside the house have loaded but the ground floor, walls the house sits on, and walls of the house are not loaded in. I did send them the instructions you sent @neus073 who was experiencing the same issue but I was wondering if you could give me some backend guidance I could send to them? I’m not sure what version of MapBuilder they have and etc but any and all help would be nice because I really want this crib for that server.

@Elijahkbanks Yeah, it looks like it's missing the Map Builder files.
@Kmav17 it doesnt work. When I install the old version of mapbuilder，game crashed when loading the story mode. I installed the new version of gameconfig scripthookv and packfile，still crashed during the loading
@Kmav17 Can you play with 3095 new version after installing old mapbuilder version？
@Daraxai You need to remove any other version that you have in your DLC folder. The folders will be (mb_addons and /or MapBuilder). Remove those any only install the 2.3.3 version and then install the new gameconfig, packfile ect. You might have problems if you install the new version of MapBuilder because they changed some of the props, that's why I never updated the Map Builder.
Also this map will work with any new version of the game.
