How to install.
Simple method:
Open OpenIV and go to:
update/x64/dlcPacks/mpexecutive/dlc.rpf/common/data
Click on Edit mode at the top of OpenIV and then right click on the handling.meta file and choose replace. Choose the handling.meta file from the Windsor Drop Top handling V.1.0 file. Close OpenIV.
