2. Use OpenIV go to:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
right click edit, add new line
dlcpacks:/schwarzerc/

Bruh this mod is MEGA! I'm usually into real life mods but this creation of yours is hella fun! Good balanced handling, lots of tuning options, even the modded flames and flame sound with the boost noise! Keep em coming!
