With crime increasing across Los Santos and Blaine County
and criminals using more powerful weapons and vehicles, the DOJ
Tasked Nagasaki to produce an aircraft that would outpace any modern super car,
spy on the good folks of San Andreas and blast through bunkers which have mysteriously popped up all over town.
So they created the Buzzard Elite and Buzzard Elite Attack.
The Buzzard Elite Designed for the IAA LSPD and LSSD, comes packed with modern infrared, X-Ray, Z-Ray and UV sensors
so you can watch Jock Cranley take a dump from a mile away.
With speeds of upto 200 MPH, you can circle the entire state 3 times over in 30 mineuts.
The Buzzard Elite Attack designed for the FIB and NOOSE, comes with everything the standerd elite has
but the attack varient is packing the mother of all Bunker Busters. (We like to call them BB guns for short)

2. Using Openiv open "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml" highlight this file then CTRL andENTER to open in edit mode
then add this line below the final dlc pack "dlcpacks:/polbuzz/" WITHOUT QUOTES

@ali mc and no urs isnt the only one wildbrick made all the radios from gta 4 and eflc asadd ons to but couldnt upload them due to copyright and he also lost those files
