My second mod, my second SUV, and my second Mazda.I found free CX7 3d model here: http://www.cadnav.com/3d-models/model-28589.html , and ( using Z-modeler) converted it following the hierarchy of "Cavalcade", and part by part I managed to bring another Mazda SUV to GTA V.
I made some progress - this time even working dials:)... I still can not find good tutorial for how to make proper collision, so I just modified some of original vanilla cars. I tested some extras, I added two: sticker ond the rare bumper and fog lights.
I was going to replace "cavalcade", but as that car has upgrades ( I can't deal with it yet) I decided to replace "rocoto". I noticed that different car replacement affects the driver position. So .. you can try to replace any car, but driver position fits "Rocoto" ( or almost:)). Again, I made two versions;
US and EU plates, both with random numbers. Car size? I am never sure about it. I made it smaller than Cavalcade, but slightly larger than Rocoto.To install just use OpenIV to replace the files in:
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

I love that you are doing models i havrnt seen on here before. All i can say is please do american plates as an extra! Then theyd be perfect
Nice! Hopefully you can release a version with San Andreas plates.
@krashadam I did San Andreas plates ... I just call it US plates because of the shape. There are two folders in .rar file.. your choice what to install.
@Dxnzer047 Thanks for your support... About plates, you mean front plate only, or both? You think some cars should spawn with no plates? I named plates "US" and "EU" because of the shape, but same shapes are used worldwide.

@NajPotez Can you make Formula 1 skins for GTA 5?
@MetonyaFan I make textures, yes. It should not be problem for me to make any livery... skin. I also know how to make template, but I am not modeling. If there is a template for the model I can make livery. If there is an unlocked model, I can make template for it. Only problem is the time. I am learning how to convert models for GTA-V, and that takes time. I've made two Mazdas, and working on third one now. Also, models I made need some improvements, I would possibly come back to it, after I finish some more "schoolwork".

@mattx2109 This is my "early" work ( second car ever ) , I hope I will come back to it to improve many things, as next version - that would include LODs, and Add-on version. Just, right now, I feel like making few more european classics from 60s and 70s. :)
