This mod is for the Lexus IS300 made by 9lXA

1. To Install this mod you need OpenIV.
OpenIV : https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv
2. With OpenIV go to GTAV directory and navigate to \update\update.rpf\common\data
3. Enter edit mode, it's near the search bar of OpenIV
4. Right click on handling.meta and hit replace
5. Browse to the handling.meta you extracted for the .rar file
6. You are good to go !
