I call this the Crazer because it is nuts. Top speed is almost 300mph, and it has enough mass to push around just about any vehicle. It can do endos and wheelies with little effort, so go easy on the throttle and brakes at low speeds unless that's what you want! This mod and my Sandking mod are my favorites vehicles to drive around in!

1. In OpenIV go to GTAV -> update -> update.rpf -> common -> data
2. Make a backup of your existing handling.meta file (ctrl+s)
   
3. Open up blazer.txt in my zipfile and copy the code block into your handling.meta, replacing the blazer code block already there

NOTE: there is also a blazer2 code block but I didn't modify that one. I think blazer2 is the model the lifeguards drive around the beaches on.
