Save it and use OpenIV replace it.

one small issue - the headlights don't seem to work.
In 'carvariations.meta' you have the <lightSettings value="0">. That seems to be right (there is no separate '<Lights>' info in the carcols.meta file but the headlights don't work.
How to get the headlights to work?
