@dashingdashie yeah i know that, I've checked there too. Im not even able to change the rims on the two cars. could it be carcols? or another file?
Im having some trouble, when I play the game using the mods folder, I can spawn the sultan RS and Banshee 900r but i can't customize them. when i don't use the mods folder, I am able to customize them. can someone please tell me which file to replace or edit? thanks
