I see many people that want to uninstall this file, so I'll just type it here. It is only using common sense:
1. Drag x64 in your mods folder. (All sounds will be resetted, you will have to re-install sirens etc...)
2. Navigate to GTAV>Update>Update.rpf>Common>Data>AI and copy weapons.meta, to GTAV>Mods>Update>Update.rpf>Common>Data>AI (It is possible that if you are using other weapons then the GTAV deffault, that they will get offscope set. You will have to re-install these .meta files as well)
If you didn't install any optionals, this should do the trick.
