I got it to work by re-installing the game

Usually when there's small updates like this one though Script Hook doesn't need to be updated

@reyser No you're wrong. Everytime I try to launch the game I get the damned Script Hook Critical error

@dault3883 Yeah same.I already have Load Online Map and Load Cayo Perico Island automatically checked but the island refuses to load. Just drops me in the middle of the ocean

@zemanez I got it to work by renaming the ENT file and now it works like a charm

This does not work in the Epic Games version
