@Cronzyy did you click edit mod? if you still can't just drag out dlclist.xml to desktop, then using notepad to add <Item>dlcpacks:\x1\</Item>, then drag back to mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>

@deswan12 Thank you so much! you can change engine sound from vehicles.meta. I'm using <audioNameHash>TYRUS</audioNameHash> Engine sound works for me. may be TYRUS is not working in your game.

How do you ACTIVATE missing parts, When I went to Los Santos Customs I didn't find Chassis/Frame
