why does this make the gta affect so bad, when i downloaded it i saw 10 of the same vans in a row on the street?

the readme is just in code how do i understand that

cant there be an actual video on how to use the tool? i mean i don't understand any of this one bit a video wouldn't hurt on a tutorial

can we get a video on a tutorial on how to install the replace one? i tried and i simply dont get what to do and i cant find a tutorial anywhere

Really quickly from anyone who sees this, in a near future update I'm going to add lot more to this mod and make this an OIV., one of the things in the oiv was going to be a custom gameconfig . Do you guys want the same amount of traffic or the custom gameconfig with like 2 or 3 times the traffic and peds? I personally like to use the one with more traffic to fit Los Angeles more but ill leave it up to you guys.

@minke101 Yea, any addon car is possible to be spawnable s long as you know how to do it correctly. also in the latest version of this mod there is already a decent variety of police vehicles that spawn on the street sometimes.
