@alexgordon426 It is probably because hair_diff (texture) is made as blonde, in my opinion with blonde texture different colors look nicer than in default gta (in default gta they use green texture for hair)
@Ahmedwld Its just female freemode ped with makeup and some modifications possible in default gta, it is not modded

@Dragi98 sides of head are GTA thing, they are "tattoos" and you have to set them with your script/mod
@alexgordon426 You'll have to do it by yourself, export texture to photoshop/gimp and make texture green-ish
