My entire game has crashed because of this mod...can you tell me how to fix it

ive tried both internet XP and google chrome, both do not work maybe fire fox? What happens when i try to download a mod it does not download with windows explore so it does not create a file for me to extract the mods from.

when i try to download any mods of this site it wont download as a file it will send me to this blank page on internet explore or microsoft word and i cant download any mods because of it can someone please help
