@ED9M It's same as CJPHONEHOME and JHJOECW is just in a russian version I think. And I'm adding it right now I was lazy whole week that's what I wasn't updating much.

@ED9M What do you mean it's a last value, try even greater. How much avarage fps do you have ?

@ED9M Try changing Force value in CheatsSettings.ini to greater than 1.1

@Jitnaught I tryied publishing this mod with NAudio library included and it didnt get accepted for 2 whole days. Was that library the reason or It was just a coincidence ?
