I also get stuck if I try to put something new, I think it depends on gameconfig at this point. Hopefully solve it as soon as possible.
i have replace

heap with this https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap
packlife is this https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster
but the game crash.
If i install the file of eup not crash, so the problem are the addon peds and cars.
